  • Orders of $70 or more: Free standard shipping.

  • Daily cutoff time: 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
  • Estimated transit time: 6–14 business days after shipment.
  • Possible carriers: FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on the product and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking, delays, lost packages, damaged shipments, and address-change requests are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

5. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order ships. Requests must be reviewed and confirmed based on the order's actual status.

Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be canceled through the cancellation process. After delivery, you may refer to our return procedures.
